3D Frames
Original graphic

#1-First take your graphic to a colorgrabber
Tandem Colorgrabber and grab a color or 2 from it so that you can use them to put a border around the graphic,then take your graphic to
Image Magick and input it.
#2-
Resize--because the next steps add to the width of the graphic I decided to first resize it from 320x257 to 280x225,I just put 280 in the box and IM resize to correct proportions.A width of 390 is the widest you really want your finish graphic to be so it`s best to start with a graphic that`s under 300 width or resize your graphic so that it`s under 300.
#3-
Decorate--I wanted a "define" border around the graphic so I put a border around it using--
decorate geometry=5x5
color=#E9D4B5
decorations=border
#4-
Decorate--
decorate geometry=20x20
color=gray
decorations=raiseI did the raise effect after adding the border so that the border would have a slight blurred effect to it.
#5-Output as a jpg and grab the url then click your "Back" key 3 times
here`s what the graphic looks like now

After clicking "Back" 3 times do the next steps.
#6-
Effects-click the radio button in front of
gaussiam blur and put
3x3 in the parameter box.You can use
2x2 or
4x4 in the parameter box too.
#7-
Resize--put
115% in the parameter box.You could also use
110% or
120%
Here`s the end results of that

#8-
Composite--take your Output url from
step
#5 and put it in the http:// box and leave everything else as is and click the
"composite" button.Here`s the end results of this step

The next steps are easy because you`re just repeating steps
#6-
#8
#9-
Effect--you`re doing the
gaussian blur again,your previous info will still be in the parameter box.
#10-
Resize--
115%
#11-
Composite--your output url from step
#5 will still be in the
http:// box.
Here`s the end results of your composite,you can output it as a jpg now or add some frames or borders to it.

When trying out a new tute I normally read it through and then instead of printing out the whole tute I make notes with the basic info in it,I did that for you.Click here and print this out.

I also made a couple alternate examples.In this first example I used all of the above steps except I didn`t put a border around it,I used 2x2 for gaussian blur and I resized it at 120%

In this 2nd example I skipped the gaussian blur effect and I resized it at 120% instead of 115%
